Our menu only selection one omakase course. Starting with seasonal fish, we will prepare sashimi and grilled dishes. Afterwards, we will serve about 12 pieces of seasonal Sushi, ranging from protein foods such as squid to aged tuna and sea urchin. We also have other specialty dishes such as Tempura roasted dishes and green tea soba topped with tempura. To cleanse your palate, try the ``King Melty'' sorbet, which is known as the phantom green melon.◎Enjoy the hearty and exquisite course, which can be ordered additionally.

We carefully prepare seasonal ingredients. The vinegar used is from Minoh, such as Shiragiku and Yamabuki, which has been aged for three years. We use "Nihonbare" from Shiga Prefecture, which has large grains, and are particular about the rice from the washing stage. Sushi is made with the balance of ingredients and rice in mind, and the speed and volume of the sushi are served according to the customer's pace. We change our menu once every three months, including fresh squid and aged tuna. Please enjoy this dish, which is filled with the owner's passion, not only with soy sauce, but also with ponzu sauce, plum soy sauce, etc.◎

Our store can be used as a hideaway. At the entrance, there is a small raised area that creates a different space. The interior of the store has the elegance of a hotel, and is equipped with a large L-shaped counter measuring 6.4 meters. In addition, there are three private rooms that can accommodate 4 to 8 people, each boasting a table made from overseas Monkey Pot wood. Additionally, there are separate restrooms for men and women.
