厳選した産地から仕入れるネタが自慢です。マグロは天然本マグロを使い、食べ頃になるまでお店でじっくりと熟成。時間をかけることで魚本来の旨味やもっちりとした食感が引き出された、上質な握りをお愉しみいただけます。また、ウニは北海道から産地直送された新鮮なものを使用。シャリは五つ星お米マイスターが太鼓判を押す「幻の米」を、オリジナル寿司酢でクセのない味に仕上げました。こだわりの一貫をどうぞご堪能あれ。
