職人って感じの料理人の方々も私結構好きです。
で、ホールのSTAFFの方々は実に愛想の良い良い方ばかり
居心地いいです～(^_-)-☆

素材系好きなんですよ～ｗ
西京焼きも激うまだし
肉頼んだら頼んだで、焼き加減ワサビなどきっちり料理として
仕上げてくれて
安定感抜群〜激うまw
私麦ロックばっかり飲むので少し多く入れてくれて
いつもありがとう御座います。

因みに帆立アスパラバター焼き
この日2回注文しましたが、旨いんだよね。
素材のアスパラと帆立が良いと
こうもうまいのかって感じ
特にアスパラｗ最高すぎるでしょ( ^^) _U~~
本来新香盛り合わせないが作ってくれた
割には全部激うまｗ

ここは、良く行っていますがあんまり投稿してなかったので久々に投稿しちゃいます(^^)/
接客抜群！料理安定感抜群の穴場、「味季創作 櫂」
加熱式も吸えるし、長時間話し込み型の時には、店内静かだし、マジこの店最高♪
この日注文したのは
・白子ポン酢
・銀だらかぶと焼き 西京焼き頼んだつもりがこれ出てきたｗ
・雲丹 作り 一枚丸ごと 6,500円
・天ぷら 海老 舞茸
・焼き蛤
・揚げ出し豆腐みたいななんか 失念 なんか京風がどうの書いてあったな(笑)
・カツオのたたきサラダ
ヘルシーなものばっかり頼んでダイエット中の私には最高でした(^^♪
どれも食材を最大限に生かした
丁寧な仕上げで
本気じゃなきゃできない仕事
厨房は一切笑いなしの本気すたいる！
いつもはあんまり食べないで飲んで話してばっかりだったのですが
この日はよく食べました。
しかしここ接客が最高なんですよ！居心地よいというか
また来たくなるというか・・・・。
