PR for restaurants |
《High-class ≠ high-quality》Our mission is to make you feel the quality. As the name suggests, Niboshiten is known for its niboshi.
Our restaurant is based on the theme of "What a ramen shop can do," and we take ramen seriously every day. We use carefully selected chicken for the soup, which creates a rich, rich flavor and aroma.
...It has a creamy taste like potage. We offer two types of char siu: chicken and pork shoulder. We use local chicken slaughtered that morning and cooked at low temperature for a moist finish that is not dry. The pork shoulder is a large rare char siu. We have put a lot of effort into the deep-fried burdock and thick bamboo shoots so that you can enjoy them in a bowl of ramen. You can also add ginger to your liking. The interior of the restaurant has a calm, Japanese image, and there are only counter seats. All of our staff look forward to serving you a ramen shop like no other before, so that you can be satisfied.
