平日20時半頃。並びは二組程度。
店外の券売機にて食券購入。
出てきた店員さんに渡してしばし待つ。
約10分程で店内へ。
アルコール消毒し案内された席へ。
しばらくして提供される。
ごぼう増ししたので迫力満点。
パリパリで美味い。
スープは煮干し濃厚。
ドロドロなのでスープ足りない感はありお箸を持つ手が腱鞘炎になりそうなくらい重くなる。
チャーシューはレアでこれまた美味い。
麺はきしめんを想起させる平たさ。
メンマは太っとく食べ応えあり。
次回はClearにしてみるか。

これくらいなら全然待てる。
列に並び食券購入しスタッフさんに渡ししばし待つ。
席が空き案内されしばらくすると提供される。
ここまで待ち時間は20分程。
濃厚すぎる煮干しで美味い。
特製トッピングは豚・鶏・鴨チャーシュー増し、燻製玉子、ゴボウ増し。
鶏チャーシューは冷たすぎた。しばらくスープに浸していただく。
