Our restaurant is based on the theme of "What a ramen shop can do," and we take ramen seriously every day. We use carefully selected chicken for the soup, which creates a rich, rich flavor and aroma. |
言わずと知れたミナミ最強クラスの鶏白湯ラーメンのお店で、心斎橋商店街から1本入ったビルの1階テナントに常時20人くらいの行列を成しています。
座銀グループの看板を背負う人気店で、心斎橋店は5年連続で百名店、本店は阿波座にあります。
行列を外す時間帯は、通し営業の為、平日のランチ終わった15〜17時が空いている時間帯です。
水曜の16時半頃に再訪、本店含め4回目です。先客は8名程、後客は6名くらいでした。
入り口食券機で、にぼしつけsoba+肉寿司1380円+燻製玉子180円を注文。
にぼしつけそばは、煮干しと鶏のWスープでポタージュのような粘度が高いエスプーマされたつけ汁で、鶏のまろやかな味わいに煮干しの風味が続き、ツルシコ食感の太麺がよく絡みます。
具材は、豚肩ロース、胸肉チャーシュー、穂先タケノコ、味玉。
燻製味玉の香ばしい風味がいい仕事しております。
肉寿司はバーナーで炙られた薄切り牛肉にタレ、黒胡椒がかかっていて、間違いなく美味い。
久しぶりに訪問しましたが、鶏白湯ラーメンの中でも塩味が控えられている分、濃い味好きには物足りない味付けかもしれません。
その分、女性にも食べやすいので、1人客も多いです。他店舗も評価が高く人気が続いているので、グループをどんどん拡大していって頂きたいです。
