PR for restaurants |
《High-class ≠ high-quality》Our mission is to make you feel the quality. As the name suggests, Niboshiten is known for its niboshi.
Our restaurant is based on the theme of "What a ramen shop can do," and we take ramen seriously every day. We use carefully selected chicken for the soup, which creates a rich, rich flavor and aroma. |
I went there around opening time on a Sunday. There was a second round in line, so I ended up waiting for an hour. Most of the customers at that time were foreigners. I guess they're featured in guidebooks or something. Of course, it's a niboshi shop. Niboshi Ginjo Nigori + Meat Sushi Set 1,330 yen. The strong aroma and flavor of dried sardines is added to the usual chicken broth. Crushed powder from dried sardines is also included, giving you a crunching sensation every now and then. The chicken makes it creamy, but the dried sardines are not overpowered at all. It must be irresistible for niboshi lovers. The noodles are flat and curly, and they are chewy and mix well with the soup, with a wheat aroma. There are also deep-fried chicken char siu and burdock root as ingredients, but all of them are supporting roles in the dried sardine soup. The meat Sushi is delicious. It's grilled rare, and although it's thinly sliced, it's large, so the meat has a strong flavor. It has just the right amount of fat and the amount of juicy rice is just right. The dried sardines are amazing! That was Ramen.
