Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) made with our special homemade sauce is a specialty of our restaurant. The freshly boiled noodles are cooked to order and have a chewy texture. In addition to classic pork Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), we offer a wide variety of other dishes, including `` Seafood Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)'' made with Seafood broth, and ``kimchi Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)'' with the irresistible spiciness of our special kimchi. ``Moon Rainbow Yaki'' (Tonpei Yaki), which is shaped like a moon or a rainbow, is also popular. We are particular about the ingredients and composition, such as slightly thick pork, and it is our signature menu item, rivaling Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles).
