一蘭の横の階段を降りた地下にお店があります。
Oh ！マイステーキは近くにある、神戸牛 舞の姉妹店で
カジュアル、リーズナブルに鉄板焼をただける！をコンセプトにしたお店なんだそう。
8月にオープンしたばかりの新店。
お店に入ると、赤を基調とした内装がとてもお洒落です！！
鉄板のカウンターが２つに別れ、広々とした空間のお店です。
神戸牛、黒毛和牛、国産牛とランクが選べて、
その中からも格別、特上、赤身と部位、
S、M、L、LLとグラムが選べるというメニュー設定。
セットは別で。
お食事セット(サラダ、ライス、スープ)とコース仕立て(前菜、サラダ、ライス、スープ、デザート)があるのでお好みで。
この日は、セットにはせずお肉の食べ比べ
・黒毛和牛ステーキの格別Mと赤身M
・国産牛ステーキの赤身M
・本日の海鮮鉄板焼

もちろん、目の前の鉄板で焼いてくれますよ！
わさび、肉味噌、にんにくチップ、塩、醤油、玉ねぎのソースをお好みでつけていただきます。

さしのは入り方がすごい！
きれいなお肉。
お口でじんわりとろけるお肉。
わさびでいただくと美味しい～(^∇^)
・赤身M
ほどよい、霜降り具合がいい感じです。
脂の入り具合がちょうどよく、ジューシー柔らかなお肉です。
にんにくチップと醤油、玉ねぎソースでいただきました！
玉ねぎソースはすごくオススメ。
☆国産牛ステーキの赤身M
こちらもA5ランク。
お肉も柔らかく、すごく食べやすい。
☆本日の海鮮鉄板焼
ホタテとエビ。
パセリバターで焼いて。
どちらも大きくて、プリプリ。
付け合わせは
さつまいも、厚揚げ、カボチャ、エリンギ、もやし。
こちらは、肉味噌でいただくのがすごく美味しかったです。
もやしはポン酢で和えてくれて、さっぱりいただけます。
シェフから牛肉のブランドについて、いろいろ教えていただく(*^^*)
鉄板焼は、シェフとお話ししながらお食事が楽しめるのもいいところですね！！
