食べたかったものがたべれて、
お肉もほろほろでおいしくて、大満足！！
初めてブリスケットを食べた時は日本的な柔らかくて脂たっぷりの肉を想像していたので少し肩透かしをくらった印象でしたが、ランチのサンドが美味しくて何度か食べてるうちに肉の旨みにハマってしまいました。
