At Chunagon, we provide a stable supply of spiny lobsters that cannot be farmed all year round. It is mainly produced in Japan, such as Chiba, Mie, and Wakayama, but also comes from Australia and New Zealand, where high-quality spiny lobster is available. After receiving the fish, we give them a moderate amount of exercise in our aquarium to further tighten their bodies and bring out all their unique qualities.
