Our smoked dishes are marinated in a unique seasoning called Saumur, dried, and then smoked with smoke chips. We recommend the smoked platter, including smoked salmon mousse and kamaboko. By opening the lid in front of the customer when serving, you can enjoy watching the smoke rise like a treasure box. We also have a highly fragrant smoked potato salad made with about 5 different types of smoked ingredients.We've also taken care to mix the ingredients so you can enjoy the chewy texture.
