The tuna is aged, and Other are bonito, yellowtail, and flounder.・Various Tempura ・Chrysanthemum namul style?・Salmon roe bowl ・Yuzu and pepper grilled young chicken Overall, it was delicious. It's an aged sashimi, but I wasn't sure if it needed to be aged, but in the end it wasn't bad.
