野菜は自社農園の有機無農薬野菜
キノコは、かきの木茸、やまなめこ、大粒しめじの3種
まずは鰹節を入れる前のお出汁を一口…

ぉおー凄い深みのあるしっかり鰹節の風味が詰まった味に大変身!美味いっ♪

お肉は出汁に浮かべ色味が変わるのを待ち、
裏返してまた熱を通すという食べ方
