夕食にひつまぶしを食べたが、今まで食べた鰻料理では一番うす味で
焼き加減もミディアム程度 ウナギはもっと焼いているものだと思っていた。
あつた蓬莱軒やグランフロントのうなぎ料理店、浜松のウナギ料理店と比べると
味が薄く食べる気がしなかった。もっと濃い味付けをのぞむ
系列店舗も潰れずに営業しているところみると、薄味を好む客層が一定数はいると思った
上記に書いた店の味が好きな人は行かない方が良い
