蟹ほぐしが美味しく楽チン✨
煮魚が食べたくなり、弥ひろさんへ予約して伺いました。
蟹しんじょう入りの温かい付きだしから始まります。今日は、メニューに大好物の蟹がいっぱい♪お造りと毛蟹を注文。どちらも何もつけずにいただきます。毛蟹ほぐして、蟹味噌を乗せてくれて美味しい❤
煮付けは、のどぐろにしました。身がプリッ♪ここの味付けが好き(*^-^)♪
若ごぼうの炊いたんや空豆の天ぷらやとり貝ぬた和え…少し春を感じますね。
〆は、すっぽん雑炊…しっかりお出汁にエンペラがたっぷり入っていて、お肌潤ってくれるかなぁ～❤全て満足でした。ごちそうさまでした(๑>◡<๑)

美味しい煮付けが食べたい‼…久しぶりに、『弥ひろ』さんに、予約して伺いました。予約だけで満席でした。
寒い時期は、温かい付きだしが嬉しいです。白子入りの湯豆腐な感じ♪
お造りと一緒に出てくる自家製玉子が甘めで、少し懐かしくて好きです❤
そして煮付け…第一第二希望とも売り切れ(>_<) お勧めの鰤かま大根、此方にして正解✨味付けも好みで美味しい♪
鰻山椒焼き…白ワインがすすんじゃう(*^-^)♪
からすみ大根は、からすみを炙ってくれるので香ばしく濃厚❤絶対、頼んでしまいます。
今回も、とても美味しくいただけました。

お造りが新鮮で美味しいのは当然ですが…私は、ここの煮付けが好き❤️ 少し甘めで、母の煮付けを思い出します（╹◡╹）牛蒡も味が染みて◎
とうもろこしの時期ですね…サクッとした衣、ちょい塩でいただきました。
特製たまご…優しい甘さで、少しご飯が入ってるので、〆にピッタリでした。
今日も満足…ごちそうさまでした(๑>◡<๑)
