Our specialty is ``tuna''! Our proud ingredient is Mochibincho, a wild-caught tuna that is carefully selected by our tuna sommelier and shipped directly from Kishu Katsuura in Wakayama Prefecture. This dish has a chewy texture and stickiness, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of red meat. We have a wide variety of Creative Cuisine, including standard sashimi, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), and exquisite tuna cutlet with tartar sauce made with the highly nutritious superfood "moringa"!
