西中島にこんなすごい肉があったなんて
西中島東方駅から徒歩30秒ほどの好立地
かなり大きな焼肉店で門構えはレンガ造りでかなり重厚な建物
入り口を入ると控えの間があり更に奥へ向かうと大きなカウンターが出迎えてくれる
建物自体が非常に重厚骨太で少し威圧されるが高級感があり接待などでの利用でも相手に喜ばれると思う
ちんちくりんは2階の個室でいただく
とりあえずビールから～
ワインもそこそこ揃っていて焼酎から日本酒まで幅広く揃っている
突き出しもとても繊細で旨い
炭火というのがやっぱりいいね
肉の質がすごく良くて何を食べても旨い
なんというか繊細で柔らかくしっかりとした肉の旨味を感じる
内臓は文句のつけようが無くとにかく新鮮でセンマイ絶品
厚切りたんもジューシー
その次「サーロイン」200gに「ミスジ」150gもあっという間に平らげてしまう
極めつけは店の看板メニューである「わらじ焼き」250g
クリという腕の部分だそうで炭火で丁寧に焼き上げた濃厚な肉の味が広がり肉好きにはたまらない
豚肉まで味わい深くて旨い
雰囲気も手伝ってか？肉を十二分に満喫したってな気分になる
こんなすごい肉を食べることが出来る店が西中島にあったなんてびっくりだな

It's been a long time since I came back from a business trip, and I went here with a friend. We ordered the master all the time. The beer was also delicious. It's obvious when you come here for the first time in a while, but the meat is still delicious. Also, most of the restaurants are private rooms, so you can relax without worrying about other people, which is a nice thing to do after work. There was also a lot of hidden champagne, which was a great treat for those of us who love drinking ^-^
