近くで仕事があったので、以前からチェックしていたこちらでランチする事に。
平日の11時45分くらいだから待たずに座れましたが、12時過ぎにはサラリーマンやOLさんが
どっと押し寄せて、一瞬で満席になる人気ぶり。
店員さんは明るくて気持ちが良い接客されてます。
メニューを見るとお昼はお得なサービスがありますね。
食べたかったぶっかけ系に関しては4種類のサービスご飯から選んで付けれるんですよ。

◆がっつりぶっかけ＋かやくご飯

やや太めの麺は表面がかなり滑らかだから、箸で持ち上げた時に麺の抜けが良くて気持ち良い。
ズルズルっとすするとシルクの様な滑らかさで、唇を通る時の感触が優しくて非常に心地良い。
これは、かつて1番美味しかった時代の釜たけうどんの麺を思い出させてくれます。
やや強めのコシがあり噛んだ時に歯に吸い付くような食感が特徴。
鶏天はもも肉だからかなりジューシーでウマー！
海老天はかなり甘味のあるプリプリ食感の海老でめちゃ美味い。
天ぷらの衣はしっかり目に揚げてるので出汁が染みても一部サクッと食感が残っている良い揚げ具合。
普通の天ぷらとうどんに使う天ぷらは食べるプロセスが全く違うから、この様にうどん向きの衣に
仕上げているのは嬉しい。
出汁はぶっかけらしくやや濃いめでパンチがあって、でも出汁もしっかり聞いていて旨し。
かやくご飯は優しい味わいで普通に美味しかったです。
とっても美味しいうどんでボリュームやコスパ的にも満足度の高いランチでした。
これは流行るのも分かりますね。
