大阪の地下鉄御堂筋線 東三国駅から徒歩3分のところにあるうどん店。
讃岐うどんを標榜していて、かなりレベルの高いものを食べさせてくれる。
訪問時の評価点が3.66とすでに高評価。
夜の訪問時は並ばずに入れた。席の埋まり具合はだいたい50％かな。
がっつりなかやぶっかけうどん(1330円)を注文した。
注文してから茹でるとのことだった。10分少々かかると書いてあったが、体感ではそれより早く提供された気がする。
見た目がまずいいね。
天ぷらも揚げたて。やや硬めの衣にはしっかり味がついている。
温玉も乗っているが、混ぜるのはちょっとまって欲しい。
まずは卵なし、つゆだけで…。
両方食べ比べてみたら、卵は和えないほうがダシのシャープな切れが感じられてすごく美味しかった。
卵を割るのは後半にするとか、別のところに避けるとかしたほうがいいかも。
とり天・海老天・ちくわ天などが乗っており、ボリュームは十二分にあった。
麺とだしが本当に好みだったので、具なしのぶっかけや生醤油も美味しいだろうなあ。
