東淀川駅近くのホテルに予約している。ここの朝食が手作りで旨いのだ。大学の同期と一杯やるのだが、場所が東三国なのだ。歩くと意外と近い。ランチ時も終わり頃、小腹を満たすために飛び込んだうどん屋。注文は悩んでぶっかけ。なかなか注文を取りに来ないし。
着丼。光沢のある太いうどんが美しい。口にするとつるつるでコシがある。福岡の柔らかいうどんを食べ続けていたので新鮮だ。カツオの香りと昆布の旨みがいい。ぶっかけよりも味があるカレーとか鴨とか旨いかもしれないなどと考えながら。
閉店間際だからか、冷たい対応。
