Normally, I would arrive at 19:00 during business hours, but there is a CLOSE sign at the entrance of the store..... （ ; ; ） From there, I walked a short distance to visit this shop. The interior of the restaurant consists of table seats and counter seats in a spacious space. The noodles are very thick noodles and the surface is not smooth and slimy, but it feels more elastic toward the core, and what is particularly impressive is that it tastes delicious even if you eat it as it is without putting anything on it, and I ate it as it is without dipping it in tsuyu for a while (^ ◇ ^;) In terms of quantity, it is equivalent to 250g of 1 ball, but even 1.5 balls were enough to eat smoothly, so I wonder if it is a little less than other stores? I felt that. My wife had 1 ball, so I was still a little unsatisfied, so I ordered an additional "Kamama udon + large serving (2 balls)" and shared it with my wife (^ ◇ ^;) "Nakaya duck noodles" was a novel dish with the sweet tsuyu of duck broth and the sourness of tomatoes in the Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) style, but it was quite delicious because it matched quite well. There was also a lot of duck meat in it. The tsuyu of "Bukkake Udon" is served in a style that is served in the attached tokuri, which is GOOD for me personally! The bukkake soup stock, kamadama soup stock, soy sauce and ginger, etc., were all very delicious with a taste that conveyed the commitment well. At first, I was worried about the large number of menus, "Is it half-hearted?", but I was satisfied with the delicious restaurant that convinced me that it was selected as one of the 100 best restaurants.
