大阪府大阪市淀川区、東三国駅の近くにある人気うどん店。
オープンは2010年11月、店主の方は守口市の「やしま」で修業されたという情報が出てきました。
食べログのうどん百名店には2024年に選出。
人気という鴨を使ったメニューや、トッピングの梅干しが選べるうどんなど、少し個性的なメニューラインナップが気になり、今回初訪問。
【なかや鴨めん】1080円(税込)
冷たいうどんに、鴨肉入りのお出汁は温かく、別皿に温玉付き。
鴨の旨味をギュッと凝縮したような濃厚な味わいが楽しめ、感動の美味しさ。
他にも鴨を使ったうどんが色々あり、大好きなぶっかけうどんも食べたいので、必ず再訪したいと思います。
