A premium winter course that can only be found at a smoked food specialty store, where a chef with French cuisine background uses ingredients carefully selected at the market and combines French cuisine and Italian Cuisine elements with smoked food. For the main course, we offer a luxurious Steak made from Sanda Wagyu, a brand of Japanese beef from Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture! Enjoy the rich flavor of the fat and the smooth texture that rivals that of smoked food! It is a dish that is also a feast for the eyes, as it is flash-smoked at your table. Other include our specialty smoked food platter, followed by a colorful salad made with seasonal winter vegetables. We will finish with a delicious risotto cooked in scallop broth and topped with shaved smoked dried mullet roe. This is a course that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a higher-class meal this winter.
We select seasonal ingredients from the market every day and prepare dishes that are only available at this time of year. The main course is a carefully smoked sticky pork fillet Steak with homemade BBQ sauce. For the final course, we have cacio e pepe with bright green spring vegetables, fragrant smoked cheese and black pepper! We Other have a variety of other dishes made with seasonal ingredients that are unique to this time of year.
