Fresh fish is shipped directly from fishing ports around the country. Edomae nigiri is full of seafood! Small rice! Therefore, it is perfect for women and those who want to enjoy alcohol. In addition, we use our own blend of red vinegar and serve rice at human skin temperature in a way that suits each ingredient.
Food I'm particular about Tempura.
Using our own blend of tempura flour, we thoroughly control the temperature and deep fry it to a crispy texture. Our style is to eat it with a light tempura broth made from dried bonito and mackerel, kelp, and salt koji, or with salt. Our menu also has unique Tempura varieties that you will never tire of.
