肉中島南方こと、大阪の玄関口である新大阪から一駅のところにある西中島南方駅から徒歩5分。
西中では超有名な匠グループが新たな店舗
というよりビルを出したと聞いて、早速予約しての訪問。
1Fは肉販売
2Fは会員制個室焼肉
3Fは焼肉スナック
という脅威の肉レジャービル。
今回は2Fの会員制焼肉である黒毛和牛研究所にお伺いさせていただきました。
全部で20品目くらいあるおおいた和牛のフルコース。
こだわり抜いた調理法で、各素材を活かしたまさに料理！
焼肉ではなく肉料理を堪能できるお店。
また、カウンター後ろのモニターを見ながら、お肉の説明を受け、食べるだけでなく、知ることでおいしさの次元がさらにアップしちゃってます。
