本気製麺初訪問です。
立ち飲みで有名な金獅子さんが緊急事態宣言中にやってたラーメンを一度頂いていて、openする前から気になってたお店。なかなか東三国行く予定なく、やっとの訪問です。
12時すぎ入店。外に並び無し。
先客カウンター三名、テーブル二名。
男性スタッフさん店主さんかな？調理一名、女性スタッフ一名の二名営業されてました。
入ってすぐの、券売機にて食券購入。鶏白湯980円 麺は平打ちか細めんか聞かれて！平打ちをお願い。
チャーシュー丼 350円も注文。
後客一名、一名、二名…続々！！平日ランチタイムなので、そこそこ忙しくなってきました。
並びは出来てないですが、店内八割ほど入ってむしたね。
着丼五分ほどでした。食事前に昆布茶を頂きます
。これ、好きな飲み屋さんでも出してます。なかなか嬉しいサービス。
泡たった白湯スープ。優しい味( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ。麺も好み♥️二種のチャーシューも美味しい！
チューシュー丼は、まるで卵かけご飯のように、ご飯の中にも玉子？な、なかなか濃いめ。でも白湯スープと合う！️✨
一度しか食べてないですが、あのコロナ渦で食べた金獅子ラーメンを思い出す美味しいラーメン。
近所なら、もっと通いたい！なお店。限定ラーメンや、他のも食べてみたい！！
