Kochi's specialty "Warayaki" is a specialty that you should order first! Fresh, non-frozen bonito is grilled and smoked to give it a fragrant aroma. Enjoy the firm and firm flesh with Tosa Shiomaru, a coarse salt with a rich depth of flavor. We also recommend the straw-grilled Awaodori chicken from Tokushima Prefecture!
