2023/9/29、２軒目は先ほどの『だし処やまだ家』さんから歩いて3分くらいでしょうか、『わら焼き処芯』さんでございます。
まさに『やまだ家』さんのご紹介での訪店。

さすがでございます！！！
こちらのお店のコンセプトは『わら焼き』でございます。
お店に入るなりいきなり『わら焼き』の炎が見れて感動してしまいました。
乾杯は健康的にレッドアイをいただいたのですが、プレモルのレッドアイなのでリッチな味に感動。
つきだしをいただいてから名物の『芯のポテトサラダ』です。
ホクホクジャガイモの食感がグッドで美味しいんです。
次は名物の『わら焼き』で『阿波尾鶏』と『生カツオ』をいただきました。
ニ品ともわら焼きの香ばしさと食材の味がマッチして、実に美味しいんです。
GOOD！GOOD！GOOD！
さらに『絶品玉子焼き』も見た目もよく、実にGOOD！！！
『ベーコンわら焼きチーズのせ』なども美味しくいただきました。
ベーコンわら焼きチーズ乗せてなのですが、食べごたえがある厚切りベーコンを焼いてるので、本気で美味しいんです。
さらにチーズものせちゃうからグッドですね！！！
美味しいお料理をいただいたあとの〆ということで、店長さんからのおすすめ『おまかせ握り5貫』なのですが、1280円とは思えないクオリティの高さです。
焼き専門のお店がお鮨を？と思いますが、それが最高に美味しいんです！！！
ネタは、
鹿児島産ウメイロ、串本生本まぐろ、愛媛産ひらめ、石川産さより、中落ち
ということで、本気のお鮨でした！！！
特に『串本生本まぐろ』は最高にGOOD！！！
