My friend invited me to [wine and charcoal grill fusione] for lunch. Italian Cuisine is especially nice for lunch. Even though it was lunch, it was an authentic Italian course. There are two lunch courses, and my friend chose the 5-course meal of appetizers, fish, meat, pasta, and petit dolce for 4,800 yen. The special ingredients are here! Mozzarella cheese from Italian Cuisine and fruit tomatoes from Kochi Prefecture Caprese Soft Shell Crab: Freshly molted crab is frittered and sprinkled with spicy red powder. The thick Oyster of Hiroshima Oyster is fire-roasted and marinated. Hokkaido scallops, mizu-dako (octopus), and Nagasaki's Yokowa tuna are lightly seared and drizzled with fish sauce, olive oil, and salmon roe. The vegetables in the center were grown by Minami's grandmother, a farmer in Kawanamachi, Osaka. The pickled red cabbage is also fresh. The fresh sauce of daikon radish and yuzu (Japanese citron). The white powder on the top is Awasuki salt made from rice flour. Char-grilled duck breast served with a sauce made from apples, red wine and beef bones. Truffle salt and green pepper mustard on the side are yellow grains. The vegetables served with this dish are fresh and delicious, making you want to go to Minami-san's restaurant in Kawanamachi. Pasta with squid and spring vegetables in oil sauce with dry-roasted bread crumbs.
