Our proud ``Onomichi Chinese Soba'' is a traditional Chinese soba made with a refreshing soup blended with domestic chicken bones, a Japanese soup stock based on Setouchi irico, and fragrant Shodoshima soy sauce. This is a unique dish that is characterized by its melty texture and large back fat. The noodles are flat, medium-thin noodles with a good texture, shipped directly from the Hiroshima noodle factory.

We offer an all-you-can-drink course where you can enjoy "hormone hotpot" that makes use of Onomichi Ramen soup. This is a dish where you can enjoy the change in flavor and richness of the soup as the fat from the domestic beef offal melts away. To finish your meal, you can choose from Ramen noodles, thick noodles for hot pot, or rice porridge, and for an additional fee, you can enjoy a ``final meal.'' We also have a wide variety of dishes unique to a Ramen restaurant, such as chashu salad and red stubborn flavored eggs.Children's plates can also be prepared, so please inquire at the time of reservation.
