スープは鶏ガラベースの背脂醤油味。麺は平打ちの中細ストレート麺。具はバラ肉のチャーシュー,ネギ,メンマ,ナルトを使用。
このお店はＪＲ城北公園通駅周辺のに１１月１３日にオープンしたお店です。オカムラさん情報で早々の訪問です。鶏ガラ出汁に小魚・昆布等を合わせたスープに適度の背脂を加え、濃い目の醤油でキレをもたせ、背脂の甘みに鶏の旨みが加わったコクのある仕上りになっています。麺は福山の松岡製麺を使用し、ザクリとした歯切れのあるコシ感で喉越しよく頂けます。中ぶりのチャーシューが１枚入っていて、柔らかくいい味付けでとても美味しく頂けます。備付の胡椒・一味で味の変化を楽しめます。

Onomichi Chinese Soba (chicken bone + seafood 880 yen) ★★★☆ The soup is chicken bone based with backfat seafood and soy sauce flavor. The noodles are flat, medium-thin straight noodles.
