ＪＲおおさか東線城北公園駅西口から南西へ６、７分くらいのところにあります
お店に入るとカウンター席のみで８つあります。
食券制で、昆布中華を購入、お店の方に渡します。
ほどなくして、中華そばが運ばれてきました。
具は、チャーシュー、メンマ、とろろ昆布、なると、ネギが入っています。
麺は、細めの平打ちストレート
スープは、背脂が入った醤油です。
あっさりとした出汁が効いた醤油と背脂の甘味が味わえます。
麺は、スープにのっかって、するすると入っていきます。
チャーシューの肉味、コリコリメンマ、なると、ネギの食感が味をひきたてています。
とろろ昆布は、スープと混ざることで味わいが増し、麺と絡んで、風味が増して、こちらも味を引き立てています。
柚子七味を入れて、爽やかな香りとピリッとした辛みが加わって、味変することができますね。
またお邪魔して、尾道ラーメンとごはんもんや一品料理もいただいてみたいと思います。
