こちらのお店は北新地にある「夜鳴き屋 ラガラガラー」が実店舗を構えてオープンしたお店で最寄り駅はＪＲ城北公園通駅になります。

鶏ガラの動物系とイリコ、昆布からとった出汁に粘度は低めで背脂入りの醤油スープでまろやかで濃いめながらもスッキリとした醤油のカエシで適度な鶏出汁の旨味と魚介風味で背脂の甘味が広がりコクのある味わいになっています♪
麺は広島県「松岡製麺」の平打ちの太さ中くらいのストレート麺を使用。
喉越しは良好でしなやかでコシがしっかりあります。
具材のチャーシューは柔らかい食感に良い味付けで肉の旨味がよく味わえます。
卓上にある胡椒、一味で味に変化をつける事もできます。
