入店して先ず思ったのが、ランチ時なのにセットメニューがない！
そして、少し高め。
この値段だと近くの丸源ラーメンに行ってしまいそうです。
あの地域では、最低条件として、ラーメンと丼セットで1000円以内にしないとリピは無いですね。
玉子付のラーメンとチャーシューご飯注文。
先ずはラーメンが先に来ました。
当方、広島出身ですが、尾道ラーメンとの事ですが、魚介の風味はあまり感じ無かったですね。
普通の醤油ラーメンでした。
背脂の量も少なく感じました。
本場では背脂は選べる店少ないですけど、少し物足りなかったです。
麺自体は麦の風味があり、まあまあ良かったです。
問題はチャーシューご飯です。
マヨネーズが多過ぎてマヨネーズの味しかしなかった。
マヨラーには良いんでしょうけど、、、
マヨネーズ無しにした方が絶対に良いと思うけどな。
結局ラーメンに付いてる温泉卵をチャーシュー丼に移して食べました。
今後の味の発展に期待します
