ちょうど一年前、尾道に旅行行った時にはじめて食べたんです

女性店員さんが優しく迎えてくれました

どれにしようかと迷ってると、店員さんがすごく丁寧に教えてくれました
玉子中華か昆布中華がオススメ♪

具材は、メンマ、九条ネギ、焼豚、温泉玉子
スープは鶏ガラと和出汁ベースだから、見た目よりもあっさりと優しい味
背脂も入ってるけど全然しつこくない
女性にも好かれる気がします
何気に九条ネギの食感と細メンマがいい仕事してる
麺は平打ちストレート
広島県の製麺所から毎日送られてくるそう
ツルッと食べやすくて、喉越しがいい
味変として、ゆず塩ポン酢を少し入れると爽やかになって楽しめました
温泉玉子は黄身がすごく濃厚でうんま！
これなら卵かけご飯もきっと美味しいでしょう
女性店員さんがほんと親切で沢山お話もできて楽しかったー
女子1人でラーメンに抵抗ある人もここなら大丈夫だと思いますよ
