By using Ramen soup for Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) soup, we have created a deep yet punchy motsu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). You can choose from three soup flavors: soy sauce, miso, and salt. The soy sauce has an appetizing taste with black maru oil and burnt garlic flavor. Salt is characterized by its refreshing taste and the umami of the offal brought out by the sourness of the lemon. The miso is red spicy miso, which has a tangy flavor with a white miso base, a blend of 3 types of homemade miso, and homemade chili oil. All are recommended!

We have also prepared a la carte dishes that can be enjoyed with Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)! Among the most popular menu items are ``Motsu stew'', ``Chicken breast fried chicken'', and ``Secret pork kakuni''. In particular, the ``secret pork kakuni'', which has been simmered for over 5 hours, has a melt-in-the-mouth texture that will definitely make you addicted to it. ``Chicken Breast Karaage'' uses chicken breast meat and is a crunchy dish that is not greasy. Another great point is the reasonable price! We also have a variety of drinks, including sake, shochu, and beer (Sapporo Black Label).

The owner, who has studied at a Ramen restaurant, researched Hakata's beloved Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and created a new type of `` Ramen soup x Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).'' Not only is the soup carefully selected, but the finishing touch is made with medium-thick noodles specially made by Moriyoshi Noodles. These medium-thick noodles have a distinct wheat aroma, and unlike regular Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) noodles, they don't lose their firmness even when simmered. The special noodles made at the noodle factory go perfectly with our soup. Enjoy to the fullest until the very end.
