小雨降る2月10日19時過ぎ予約して3人で来店
某、れいらんらんさんのYouTubeを見て
フグのコースを？あれカニちゃうんかい❓
今回はフグ@8500
飲み放題@1800
食べるの必死で写真ちょっとしか撮れんかった
付け出しから始まり、てっさ、白子(塩焼、タレ焼き、刺身、鍋用)4種類あり
今回は塩、タレ、刺身で☺️
まずは塩から パクリとな はあートロッとしてうまーい
白子さんありがとう
次は刺身 ムム、少し弾力がありながら、あっさりとろり
白子さんただいま
最後はたれ あ、香ばしい、あ、旨し
これ好き
でなんやら、こんやらで唐揚げを食べふっくらしたみが美味いのよ しばし贅沢な時間は続く
あ、焼きフグ忘れてた身がたっぷり付いてます
柔らかくうまいお塩をつけてパクリとな
ああ贅沢の極み
そして、てっちりへ 豪勢にフグの身も付いてる(写真参照)しゃぶしゃぶして食すらしい 初めて
てっさの何倍も厚い身
はひー旨〜い マーベラス
そしてふぐも美味いんだがポン酢が美味い
自家製だそうです 売ってくれと言いたくなるぜ
そして〆の雑炊でほっこり
デザートのシャーベットでまったりしながら
温かい茶をすする
あー腹いっぱい
今回は新年会を兼ねていたので奮発してフグの良きコースにしました☺️飲み放題もつけて (1人1万ちょい)
本当にお得なコースだと思いました
帰り際にカニのコースを予約してしまいました
来月は何の集まりにしようかな？
