At our restaurant, you can enjoy hot pot dishes throughout the year. The contents are at the whim of the shop owner. Everything from the ingredients to the seasoning is determined by the weather and mood of the day, so you can look forward to discovering a different taste each time you visit. Up until now, we have prepared a variety of daily hot pots such as ``buri shabu'', ``meat tofu'', ``beef tendon curry stew'', and ``sundubu''. We provide it in a lit state using fixed fuel, which is common in Ryokan. Please enjoy it freshly made and piping hot.
