水曜18:45 予約で。先客は1組。
板前さんが見習い含め、4-5人いたので
普段はかなり忙しいのが分かりますが、
この日はちょっとゆったりしてました。
都会の有名店とか、地元の店とかに行くけど、
ここは話に聞いたいわゆる地元の名店。
どの駅も中途半端に遠いのに、
その板前さんの数を考えると間違いなし。
刺身やアテ、寿司に至るまで
全体的に大ぶりなネタが最高ね。
そんなに安いわけでもないんだけど、
ネタの質や量を考えると安いくらい。
酒も日本酒7種類、その他も含めると
個人店としては結構多い部類。
太刀魚の焼きは見たことないくらい肉厚の太刀魚で
薄っぺらい太刀魚のイメージが変わる。
肉厚でねっとりクリーミーな岩牡蠣もたまらん。
最近巻物を任してもらい出したと言う
新人の板前さんの巻物もおいしかった。
かなり食べ飲みして1人7000ちょっと。
寿司は前記の通りネタが大きめで
口の中に幸せがどれも広がりました！
結構おそがけでもポロポロとお客さん。
使い勝手もめっちゃいいんだろな。
カウンターメインだけど、
個室ぽい部屋もあった。
地元の名店、さすがの一言。
ネットでは中々見つけれない、
ほんとに良い店ってやはり口コミだと感じました。
