Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1957. The third generation of the long-established Sushi shop "Yasuke" founded in Showa 13. After graduating from university, he trained at the kappo restaurant "Gion Kawakami", returned to his parents' house at the age of 25, but continued to study, and became a shop owner when he turned 40. He cherishes the tradition inherited from his grandfather's generation, and has protected the goodwill of the store where you can enjoy the finest consistency without being arrogant even if it is called a famous restaurant. His son, the fourth generation, opened "Sushi Oga" across the street from the restaurant. Now, parents and children stand on the board across the road and spend their days wielding their skills.

Sushi that owner Oga serves with all his heart and soul is a work of art made with the techniques of a master chef. He uses only the freshest natural ingredients, and top-notch work is done on everything from the seasoning, preparation, simmering, seasoning, and salting.
