It is characterized by the fact that it is particular about handmade ingredients, including the seasonings. The menu focuses on daily specials, so you can discover new flavors every time you visit. We are especially proud of the fresh, seasonal fish that we procure every day with a reliable eye for food. We will prepare it using a different cooking method. Please enjoy "Rakan-style Uchina" which is a fusion of Japanese and Okinawa, such as Shima Rakkyo, Mimiga covered with Tempura, Mozuku tempura, and Chanpuru.
