知り合いの方に教えてもらい訪問しました。
何度か前を通ったのですが、いつも並んでいたので諦めていたのですが、この日はオープンしたてで外に並んでいる人はゼロだったので入店すると、すでに店内満席で心折れそうになりましたがやむなく中待合で待つことにしましたが、１５分くらいで案内となりました。
３種肉盛り丼 大(ステーキ・ローストビーフ・ローストポーク)1,200円に牛かす煮そば+生ハムサラダのフルセット500円を注文します。
生ハムサラダから提供され、お目当ての丼が肉にまみれてやってきました。真ん中の玉子の黄身をつぶして、お肉と絡めて食すると至福の時間の始まりです。牛カス(揚牛脂)が入ったうどんも風味がたまりません。
ごちそうさまでした。
