The most popular ``Yuzu Soy Sauce Ramen'' is a refreshing dish made with yuzu from Kochi Prefecture. It is combined with shellfish soup from Shikoku, and is also recommended for women. In addition, the ``Katsuodashi Soy Sauce Ramen'', which uses bonito flakes from Makurazaki from Kagoshima Prefecture, has a strong flavor with a Japanese bonito soup stock.
