Beef from Osaka that is proud of itself to the world [Naniwa Kuro Beef] Rare and valuable, finest Naniwa Kuro Beef Naniwa Kuro beef is made from 100% female beef, and is fattened for over 30 months for shipment, instead of the usual 25 months. Safety and security are a given. We raise them in a stress-free environment with carefully selected feed. Rare pure Japanese black beef that can only be shipped 5 heads a month.

The best raw Oyster are delivered from contract producers across the country, from Hokkaido in the north to Fukuoka in the south. Our chefs visit the sites to learn first-hand the growing methods and the passion the producers have for their Oyster. We only purchase raw Oyster that we are satisfied with. SEN℃'s passion for Oyster is delivered directly to the customer's table.

We receive carefully selected vegetables directly from producers across the country, including extremely fresh organic vegetables purchased from FARMANKITCHENMARKET, a popular fruit and vegetable store in Hokusetsu. We provide fresh vegetables by arranging for them to be delivered from each region in the shortest possible time and by directly picking them up from nearby production areas. We also purchase year-round vegetables at the market every morning. We offer everything from familiar vegetables, seasonal vegetables, and vegetables carefully selected by producers using Italian Cuisine cooking methods.
