地酒と魚が旨い店
5月ごろオープンして行ってみたいと思っていたので、近くまで用事で行った際に行きました。 新鮮な魚が食べられるということで、刺身の盛り合わせを。 分厚くて美味しい。 名物の銀シャリは、30分かけて炊きたてが運ばれてきますので卵かけご飯に、最高。 地酒の種類も豊富で、食べて見たかった鰹の酒盗に、土佐しらぎくをマリアージュしました。 酒好きにはたまらないお店、また行きたいと思います。Find out more

Directly from the farm! Seasonal, overnight-dried food purchased from all over the country. Among them, the famous ``Kishu Ashiboshi'' is an exquisite dried fish, so be sure to give it a try. What is ``Ashboshi''? It is made by soaking fish in ash, allowing the ash to absorb water, and then drying the fish. This is the best technique to remove odors and condense flavor while maintaining maximum freshness without oxidizing as it does not come into contact with air.
