先日お会いした時に、美味しいお肉が食べられるお店ないですか？と聞きますと、色々と教えていただきました
食通の方が言うんだもん！
絶対、間違いない！！
早速予約して伺ってきました！

一軒家レストランで、カジュアルなステーキハウス
店内は、１階がカウンター席、２階はテーブル席
カウンターは４人で貸切できるそうなので、私達肉好き４人で貸切
とっても贅沢な空間
夜のメニューは、昌平コースのみ
メインのお肉とグラムを選ぶシステムになります
私達は、サーロイン１１０ｇが２人、ヘレ１００ｇが２人でシェアします！
■乾杯
乾杯は一番お手頃な値段のシャンパーニュをボトルで
きれいな黄金色、シュワシュワ～
美味しいなぁ！
空きっ腹なのでほどほどにしなくちゃ
■小かぶと和牛
お出汁のいい香りさせて登場
この香りが癒しアロマですね！
お肉の下には小かぶ丸々が煮込まれてます
お箸で簡単に割れちゃうほどやわらかい
ホクホクでとろーり
なんて美味しいお出汁なんでしょう
これにね、お肉包んで食べれば最高に美味しくて幸せ
一品目からやられちゃいましたよ
■鮑バター焼き
本来なら、２品目はお肉のタタキなんですが、良い鮑が入ったんだそう
丁寧に焼いてるので、柔らかくてバターの良い香りがたまらん！
アスパラも美味しかったよ
■和牛ハンバーグ
こちらのお店のスペシャリテ
これがとにかく美味しいと聞いてたので、テンション上がる
中心部分だけレアにしあがってて、お箸で割ると閉じこもってた湯気と共にお肉の香りがふわわん
肉汁もあって、お肉本来のうまさを感じる
お塩かわさびでいただくのですが、お塩だけで十分美味しかった
椀がでてきました
■白味噌とお揚げさんの味噌汁
白味噌の甘さが引き立った、染み渡る味
お揚げさんもふっくら
味噌とお揚げって、こんなにもなんで合うんでしょうね
■ステーキ
コースのメインの登場です！
上がヘレ、下がサーロイン
艶やかなピンク色で焼き加減も素晴らしい
この日は鹿児島産
辛味大根、しょうゆ、お塩でいただきます
ヘレは、もうめちゃめちゃ柔らかくて、歯いらないやつやん！うっまーい！
サーロインは脂がじゅわっと広がってく
こちらもうまうま！！
やっぱりお肉は人を幸せにしますね

塩昆布の塩気がいい塩梅
箸休めになりました
■肉寿司
きたーーー！肉寿司！
シャリが隠れるくらいの、大きなお肉
醤油がかかってるので、そのまま口の中にいれると、とろんととけていく
あぁ～儚い
すぐなくなってしまいました
■肉そぼろうどん
〆はお出汁が効いたうどん 平打ちのうどんでコシもあって伸びやか
今日のお出汁を使ったお料理が絶賛でしたが、これもめっちゃうまい
そして肉そぼろの存在感がすごい！
こういう麺類の汁物って普段は完飲しないのですが、これはおいしかったので全部たべちゃいました
■デザート
最後のデザートはメープルアイス
クラッカーの塩気とメープルがたまんない
量も少なすぎず、多すぎず、ちょうど良いコース
和食ご出身の店主は、お出汁の使い方がすごく上手で、すっごく香りも味もおいしかったです
お肉も美味しかったけど、ハンバーグがめっちゃ絶品でした
２個、３個くらいペロリと食べれちゃいそうでしたよ

テイクアウトもされてましたよ！
