Food Top-notch "Edomae sushi"
All fish and vegetables are carefully selected in season. The sari is made from rice carefully selected by Yasunori Matayawai, the 16th generation rice master from Shiga Prefecture, and the sushi vinegar is made from Kokonoe Saiga Ginjo Red Vinegar from Wakayama Prefecture. Our sushi chef, Maekawa, is a top-class sushi chef who trained for many years at a famous first-class sushi restaurant in Osaka, and we offer carefully selected Edomae sushi. *Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dislikes.
