Ibaraki Chicken Cuisine.
I went to Kokara-san in Ibaraki. The store starts at 18:00, so I entered the store aiming for 18:00. Let's start by toasting with beer. The accompaniment is a dish of stewed beef tendon and bamboo shoots. I feel that the high value of the store's cost performance is reflected in that one item. Sorry for the lack of photos (￣◇￣;) Next is an assortment of 5 types of sashimi. Also, the meatballs are grown separately. This raw meatball was exquisite. Fresh meatballs are rare. The rest is grilled from here, which is the name of the restaurant. The last stop is chicken Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Thigh meat, seseri, heart. The chicken Yakiniku (Grilled meat) was delicious with 3 different sauces and extremely fresh. This is my second visit, and I was filled with delicious food. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Kokara-san in Ibaraki. The food at this restaurant was very good. Raw chicken is grilled and eaten Yakiniku (Grilled meat) style. Bonjiri, Kokoro, and Seseri are served in a very generous portion. The overall feel of the food is hearty. The first set of 5 types of chicken sashimi I ordered was beautifully arranged and the cost performance was high. The plate with the name on the store's signboard was delicious.
