We mainly offer kushikatsu that can be eaten as snacks and go well with alcohol. The food is fried after you order it, so you can enjoy it piping hot and crispy. Enjoy with our original blend sauce originating from Kyoto! Through trial and error, we used a secret sauce with hidden ingredients to match the kushikatsu. Popular with customers ◎We also have rock salt, matcha salt, yuzu pepper, etc. You can choose from 10, 15, or 20 pieces of the daily ``assorted kushikatsu'', and the more you order, the better the deal♪
